Retention Survey

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey. Your responses will help better understand the factors influencing employee retention and organizational culture.

Purpose:
This questionnaire is part of a research project for my thesis at JKU. The aim is to explore how personal, organizational, and cultural factors impact employees’ decisions to stay with or leave their jobs.

 

Confidentiality:
All responses are anonymous and will be treated with strict confidentiality. The data will be used solely for academic purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

Instructions:

Before answering the following questions, please think of a specific situation in your work life when you seriously considered leaving your job, were actively thinking about quitting, or actually decided to quit a previous job. Please keep this example in mind and answer the items based on how you felt in that situation.

This survey should take you approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
