Product-Service-Systems

This survey deals with the consumer perspective on product-service-systems.

What is a product-service-system?

A product-service-system is a business model in which companies offer a combination of product and service to fulfill the needs of a consumer. There are different types of product-service-systems, including leasing, renting or pay-per-use models (where you only pay according to usage). For example, a washing machine is not purchased but rented for a certain period of time or paid for according to the number of wash cycles. In many cases, the company retains ownership of the product, but also the responsibility for ensuring that it performs as required.

The survey takes about 6 minutes.

Participation in the survey is voluntary and the data collected will be used for research purposes only. All responses will be kept strictly confidential and anonymous.
